Steel works of Balakovo

The steel works of Balakovo is the mini-plant with power more than 1 million tons high-quality rolled metal in the year located in the city of Balakovo of the Saratov region. MZ Balakovo is producer of rolling in the Volga Federal District and the enterprise of the electrometallurgical industry of Russia.

History

2019

In 2019 the Steel works of Balakovo updated the development strategy. The management of the enterprise is convinced that to use as raw materials scrap metal – the most correct solution since secondary processing of raw materials – the main trend of time. At the correct approach, it allows to lower negative load of the nature and to reduce production of non-renewable resources, so – it is better to make the future of the planet. The high-speed camp of the last generation and own transport capacities allow MZ Balakovo to make and deliver steadily high-quality products in short terms. Own transport capacities of plant and the thought-over logistics allow to avoid the risks arising during the work with third-party carriers.

2016

In 2016 – the million ton of steel and high-quality rolled metal is produced.
