2020: Implementation 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP

Specifics of work of construction companies in a large number of documentation which needs to be approved by projects. With growth of the company, the number of routine work at employees grew too therefore SUSU (The Sredneuralsk construction management) addressed to the servicing company on 1C First BIT with a task to pick up the product automating some processes at the enterprise.

Several presentations of functionality of a product 1C: Document Flow CORP and consultations of responsible persons of the Customer were held.

The First BIT company carried out works on installation, setup of a product (setup of structure of the organization, processes of approval of documents are started, tuning of user rights is performed), individual training of users. One of the most important requirements of the Customer JSC SOUSSE was to teach owners of a product independently to configure processes in document flow.

Implementation on 20 users took place successfully. According to the results of the project the following functions are automated:

• Office-work
• Accounting and document storage
• Maintaining nomenclature of affairs
• Accounting and control of execution of instructions
• Accounting of agreements

The useful effect of implementation from 1C: Document Flow CORP is reached, the client keeps all account of the entering, outgoing documents in a system, approval of agreements and other documents. Accounting of documents, problem definition and td. it is conducted by projects. The customer independently works in a product, The First BIT company gives technical support.
