Project Objectives

• Systematization of contract activities.
• Reduction of risk of the non-standard agreements connected with the conclusion
• Reduction of time for approval of agreements

Project Tasks

1. Formation of agreements from templates on the basis of specifications from the current information system
2. Organization of approvals of agreements for flexible routes
3. Integration about 1C: Trade Management
4. Training of key personnel in work about 1C: Document Flow
5. Training of administrators of the customer for setup 1C: Document Flow

Project Steps

1. Formation of the working group from the customer.
2. Carrying out input demonstration of a standard product for the working group
3. Holding an interview and requirements gathering at the working group.
4. Creation and approval of the schedule of works taking into account loading of employees of the Customer.
5. Block implementation.
a. The first block – primary setup of information base and loading of basic NSI. Each subsequent block was selected depending on the Customer's priorities
b. Result of each block – the system prototype accepted and tested by the Customer.
c. Each block – filling by functionality of the current system, notable result from implementation for business of the Customer d. Carrying out key user training of the Customer on the implemented block
e. Closing of works on each implemented block
