2020: Start of service of corporate mail and joint work based on Zimbra
On July 6, 2020 the companies LanCloud also Zextras announced start of service of the corporate platform for communications and joint work based on mail servers page open code Zimbra. Work of service does not depend from operating system on devices of the user and does not require installation and setup of additional SOFTWARE. The user can use e-mail clients Microsoft Outlook Mozilla Thunderbird, applications Zextras Team and Drive for iOS/ Android to communicate and have access to documents from mobile devices. All information of the user is saved in real time through Zextras Backup with a possibility of recovery in case of accident. Security service it is provided antispam also anti-virus with protection Kaspersky, CISCO ClamAV and Eset. Placement of data in DPC of TIER-III LanCloud in the territory Russia provides compliance of Cloud Zimbra service to requirements of FZ-152 for personal data. For July, 2020 to each client mailbox 100GB for storages letters, messages and documents is selected. The administrator of the client gets access to settings of service and can independently create and delete accounts, to appoint different types of services to different users and another. Service is started using the partner of Zextras in the Russian Federation – the company "Telecom Consulting".
