MagicAir.PRO is implemented at smart offices SOK City - the "green" co-working which opened in June, 2020 in a tower Federation certified on LEED Standart (The Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design). On July 7, 2020 the Tion Umny Mikroklimat company reported about it.

The platform SOK City includes 969 jobs, the 2nd big lounge zone about coffee points, gym, 2 shower cabins, 6 negotiation, 9 telephone cabins. In all offices on the fourth floor base stations of MagicAir.PRO are set , information on air quality in each workplace is in real time available on the big touch screen in the common area of a co-working and also online. Results of measurements are intuitive: the index of air quality indoors has a ten-mark scale and is arranged by the principle of the traffic light. Values are colored in green, yellow and red color and also are followed by short explanations and recommendations.

For creation and maintenance of healthy parameters of a microclimate at smart offices SOK City breathers of TION 3S and the system of cleaning and disinfecting of TION ECO air are set. The control of the climatic equipment is automatic that allows to support on values, comfortable for work, the level of a carbon dioxide gas, temperature and humidity and also to reduce risk of cross infection and spread of the diseases which are transmitted in the respiratory way.

Certification of LEED allows to approach systemically a question of the organization of office space, helping to optimize at the same time expenses, to reduce influence on the environment and at the same time well to affect health of residents.
