2020: Upgrade of torch economy

On July 7, 2020 the Circle of NPF company announced upgrade of torch economy of the Krasnodar Refinery.

Safety of functioning of AT-2 and AVT fabrication units of the Krasnodar Refinery is the compulsory provision of production processes of the enterprise.

The Node of Utilization of Waste Gases (NUWG) is intended for utilization of the gases reset in a torch system from the AT-2 and AVT installations of the Krasnodar Refinery. Reconstruction of a node of utilization is carried out within upgrade of torch economy of the enterprise. For effective and safe work KRUG company developed and put into operation the installation automated process control systeman APCS of UUSG.

The APCS of UUSG is constructed based on the KRUG-2000® software and hardware complex (PTK KRUG-2000) with the multistage fault protection providing reliability of technical process. A system performs the permanent analysis of availability of vapors of hydrocarbons in air across all territory of installation. Data are transferred to a monitoring system and managements of the engineering systems of buildings and constructions (SMIS) of the plant by means of the OPC server of development of NPF KRUG. Implementation of SMIS and an APCS of UUSG happened at the same time.

Within this project the KRUG company performs the following works:

  • development of design documentation on the control cabinet
  • assembly and complete set of the control cabinet
  • algorithm elaboration, protection and blocking
  • engineering, erection and commissioning.

The KRUG company cooperates with JSC KNPZ-KEN long ago. During this time based on PTK KRUG-2000 several projects are executed, among them: APCS of AT-2, APCS of the BUS. Also the computer simulator on PLAS was developed for the enterprise.
