"Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan" is subsidiary bank of the leader of the banking market of Kazakhstan - JSC People's Bank of Kazakhstan, and consistently implements the strategy of the innovative development. It concerns including the strategy of Information technologies as platforms of business process optimization, creation of the innovation business model and creation of steady competitive advantages.

In 2019 the bank developed strategy of digital transformation which should affect automation of all aspects of activity of financial institution: customer service, automation of internal transactions, system of marketing and product offer. A key problem of strategy is: optimization of internal business processes, the accelerated digital transformation and scaling of bank, development and the offer of the innovation banking products to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Smart Capital command acted as partner integrator in implementation of this strategy. In particular, the current year started the project of implementation of the digital platform of crediting of individuals and small/medium business. The project is implemented on the Creatio platform and sets as the purpose the maximum acceleration of issue of loans to clients of bank, as in online, and offline channels.

Within the project digital jobs of specialists of the sector of crediting, verifiers, underwriters, members of credit committee, cashiers will be implemented. Automation of end-to-end business process from the Request before issue of a loan will be executed that will allow to reduce as much as possible time and human expenditure by loan operations. It is going to implement integration into the core banking system a system, the data warehouse, scoring, bureau of credit histories.

The project is implemented by a command of financial practice Smart Capital within parallel streams for individuals and SME as fast as possible to start the pipeline in work.

The following purposes in a roadmapa is creation of the digital system of marketing and sales for the purpose of scaling and involvement of new clients and also Contact center and the debt collection system.
