In 2019 the company approached a question of need of scaling of business and creation by effective Digital of the system of work with clients. Within the project as the IT solution the single platform of business process automation of Creatio from Terrasoft was selected.
3 key project tasks were selected:
- Automation of a customer relationship management process;
- Optimization of work of sales representatives in Moscow and regions;
- Creation of a system of operational analytics of employee performance and company in general.
The command of digital transformation of FMCG of Smart Capital company - Terrasoft partner integrator is engaged in project implementation.
The architecture of the project includes the following systems and solutions: Creatio Terrasoft as the platform of process automation and CRM SAP ERP, mobile application the sales representative, internet the portal of the client.
As a result of implementation of 1 stage of the project it was created a common information space of work with clients, the company received the advanced instruments of automation, segmentation and categorization of the customer base and also construction objects. Intellectual enrichment of data, preserving of complete history of customer relations helped to increase efficiency of sales department many times.
Using mobile application work of sales representatives in fields was optimized - problems of manual and automatic planning of routes of TP, control the check in / the check a miss and accomplishment of actions are implemented at visits, fixing of results of the executed visits. The most important that managers received in the mobile application the broad picture on work with the client.
Integration of the platform into uniform IT space of the company allowed to receive customer orders from all sources: through Contact center, from the Internet portal, at visits of sales representatives. Thanks to what, it is going to increase the processing speed and loyalty not only existing, but also new clients.
Thanks to Creatio owners and top management of the company had an instrument of control of the current indicators of sales and creation of analytics. In a system operational statistics on sales, a number of managerial reports and dashbord is implemented. One of key project tasks became integration into the current IT an ecosystem of the company. The command performed integration with the existing management system and accounting for a long time – SAP ERP. As a result the customer automated work of sales department, contact center and accounting system on a single platform.
For July, 2020 together with the client complex roadmap on development of the project is developed: in the next stages process automation of digital and trade marketing, management of matrixes of clients, creation of a management system for customer appeals, creation of omnichannel Contact center, etc. is planned.
Among many systems we selected Creatio for convenience of using, settings, an opportunity quickly by own efforts to orchestrate the necessary information on the customer base. There is no such freedom in one system. At the same time, we understand that a SRM-system does not solve all our problems and problems. But we see development of opportunities. It is very important for us how big producer with very different sales channels, the fact that a system allows us to implement high-quality control of sales channels.
