2020: Transfer of IT support to regions
On July 9, 2020 the Russian private insurance company "AlphaInsurance" announced that it for the purpose of optimization of internal IT service started transfer of IT support to regions.
Within the project in 12 months it is going to organize regional remote support on SLA for all IT systems, from helpdesk before support of bek - office programs. In total the state of support will make nearly 40 employees. The company is going to gain economic effect more than 20% on economy in IT support cost.
