In July, 2020 the Federal Forestry Agency (Rosleskhoz) announced creation of the uniform IT platform for interaction of business and the state. It will become a part of the all-Russian digital resource which will be created on Rosleskhoz platform.
A system will help to transfer interaction of the state and business in the forest sphere to an electronic format. So, the online service will allow investors to select the wood lot on the interactive map and to acquire right to use by it using electronic auctions.
Transactions with wood are also supposed to be translated in a digital format. Service will be integrated with the electronic exchange. Automated information system will allow to control chains of transactions and to manage them that will increase transparency of the industry, authors of an initiative are sure.
The Лесвосток.рф platform is developed by Fund of development of the Far East and the Arctic (FRDV). The Deputy Prime Minister, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District (FEFD) Yury Trutnev charged to develop mechanisms which will allow to control mastering of the timberland and to estimate efficiency of projects on woodworking in the Far East. It became known later that FRDV prepared measures for effective management of the Russian forest industry, the online system of distribution of sections of the wood became one of them. The new digital platform for the forest Лесовосток.рф complex was going to be provided at East economic forum in 2020.
A system will be public, by July, 2020 considerable information volume about forest fund of Russia is unavailable. On the card the pedigree structure of the wood, a zone of cutting and fire, territory infrastructure will be displayed. Fight against "black" woodcutters will become one of problems of a system, the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation - the head of Rosleskhoz Sergey Anopriyenko specified.[1]
