2020: Start of service of electronic registration of real estate transactions

On July 10, 2020 the Vozrozhdeniye Bank reported that together with an ecosystem of the real estate "Square meter" started service of electronic registration of real estate transactions within which all necessary documents are processed without visit by the client of Rosreestr and MFC.

This service allows the client to receive the strengthened qualified electronic digital signature after a design of a mortgage loan and to sign necessary documents through a special application on the smartphone of the participant of the transaction with its help. Signed documents of the client to registration of real estate transaction are sent bank online to Rosreestr.

Own technology of electronic registration of transactions is developed by an ecosystem "Square meter" – the open platform in the field of the real estate. Her partners are large participants of the market of mortgage lending.

In May, 2020 we started service of a remote mortgage. It is logical that start of electronic registration of housing transactions became the next step.
