2020: Development of Pocket medic

The undergraduate of the Northeast federal university Victor Belostotsky develops the multifunction platform in the form of web service and mobile application of Pocket medic. "The pocket doctor" will allow to control health thanks to artificial intelligence technologies and Big Data. It became known on July 10, 2020.

For the beginning of July, 2020 "The pocket doctor" turns on about 10,000 names of medicines and considers 600,000 of their interactions.

Proceeding from each disease, our neural network studies and each time yields more and more exact result of therapy. We develop the project since May, 2020 and we are going to be started by December in the test mode. Republican hospital No. 1, community of pharmacists of Yakutia who make recommendations about service, interaction of medicines helps with development of services. We solve daily problems, including a problem of check of compatibility of drugs, – the author of the project Victor Belostotsky tells.

The Pocket medic service helps to obtain information on drugs, to reveal effects of their interaction, to control own health and the relatives. It is necessary for a clear understanding of instructions for use of drugs and search of compatible analogs. The solution offers function of scanning of the recipe – when checking medicines service shows where they can be purchased. According to developers, buying drugs from partners of service, the user saves money. In project plans to add a tabletnitsa and service of video conferences for communication with the doctor, using means of the personalized medicine.

For example, the athlete visits the website, drives in the sport and that medicine which he uses. The website will inform him, it is forbidden or not it. In the practice I know that most of the people playing sports are not aware that belongs to prohibited medicine", – Victor Belostotsky explained.

We have developers in Kazan, Vladivostok. The chief IT architect is in Tyumen. We want to increase a command: we need people who will help to enter data, – the founder of the project tells. – Our solution conforms to all standards of the National technology initiative. It is technology which well is commercialized and going to become disruptive. We achieved of serious speed in spite of the fact that we conduct work on own means.

World competition among projects on similar functionality not big. For example, in the American market there is a service for search of medicines in the recipe. However it has no function of check of compatibility of drugs, and it works only in the USA. In China of such project, as ours, no. I think that if to work at the Chinese market, we will cooperate with the large pharmaceutical company, – Belostotsky notes.
