2020: Implementation of Galileosky terminals
Goods of the Green Village, Dairy Small River, Glazov Bird and Toptyzhka brands transport now, using Galileosky terminals. They allow to save freshness of products and to control fuel consumption. It became known on July 10, 2020.
After system implementation of control there was an opportunity to trace temperature and to monitor target use of the park of the equipment which is used for transportation of foodstuff. The project was implemented by experts of Urals Innovations company integrator.
Specialists of the company integrator installed wireless temperature sensors and light in the beginning and in the end of the refrigerator, is closer to doors. At their opening it is possible to trace a difference of temperatures now and to prevent damage of products. In the project the built-in temperature sensor and the high-precision light sensor was used, and their work was configured through Galileosky Easy Logic technology.
For fuel control the integrator used the Galileosky 7.0 terminal and fuel level sensors "Escort of BLE", having connected and having configured them using receiving base for contact with other sensors.
The predicted payback period of the solution which includes the fuel level sensor, the terminal, installation and setup was 2 months for each of the equipped cars.
The solution based on Galileosky terminals and temperature sensors allowed to build the whole control system of climate in the specialist transport. Now, the enterprise has a detailed evidential base in case of claims from buyers. Besides, pulse flowmeters and fuel level sensors help the enterprise to control fuel use and also the facts of inappropriate use of the equipment for personal reasons allow to exclude it.
Eduard Valiyev, CEO of Ural Innovatsii LLC:
We selected Galileosky terminals because of a possibility of reading of the CAN bus and connection via RS-485 and RS-232 interfaces with perspective from this project on the fact that further it will be necessary for integration into the tachograph and connection of the camera. |
