JSC Tyazhpromarmatura addressed the partner of 1C-OOO of Koderlayn with a problem of automation "1C: Document Flow CORP" for optimization of work on:

• To ensuring control of the movement of documents;
• Reducing costs of time of employees for document handling;
• Automation of process of issue of instructions and control of their execution;
• Possibility of carrying out efficiency analysis of work and load of personnel;
• Constructions of uniform base of archive of documents;

For the solution of an assigned task and satisfaction of needs of the customer considerable work on drawing up the questionnaire of the main requirements where recorded all mentioned problems, structure declaration of data was carried out.

After that developed regulations of maintaining the normative reference information, made recommendations about maintaining NSI.

During automation of this software product in JSC Tyazhpromarmatura company it was automated the functional part of tasks connected with maintaining documents. The employee documents from 50 jobs at the same time are online available. At document registration the nomenclature and accounting is carried out them that allows to reduce the probability of loss of important files to a minimum. Function of accounting and control of execution of instructions provides timely fulfillment of duties by employees and simplifies the tasks assigned to them.

In work flow on software the following functions are automated:

• Office-work.
• Accounting and document storage.
• Maintaining nomenclature of affairs.
