Management of Uralenergosbyt (The Ural power supply company) in 2019 made the decision on need of implementation of an ECM system (Enterprise Content Management) to automate processes of document flow and to manage joint work of employees. The partner in automation was necessary. "Уралэнергосбыт" addressed to The First Beat company. Chelyabinsk.

Specialists of the First Bit carried out the analysis of activity of our company and proposed the solution – "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP".

During implementation of the program key functions were automated:

• Control of return of copies.
• Obligation fulfillment.
• Termination.
• Accounting of the arriving correspondence from the organizations and individuals.
• Accounting of outgoing letters, both response, and initiative.
• Accounting of organizational and administrative, directory and other internal documents.
• Daily work with normal files.
