Cityendmolz LLC — one of players of the market of Moscow on management and operation of a commercial real estate. In employee competence of the company – commercial management and complex exploitation of shopping centers, office buildings, business parks, warehouse and production premises.

Approvals of agreements in the system used before implementation "1C: Document Flow (Building)" were occupied by too much time because of the poor performance of a system. It did not suit the company and the decision to change a system was made. In view of the fact that at the enterprise for financial accounting the system developed on the 1C Platform is used "1C: Document Flow (Building)" was selected.

During the project routes of approval of agreements were developed, access rights are designed, forms of a card and the list of the internal document, the Tasks to Me form are finished, transfer of archive of documents of an old system in "1C: Document Flow (Building)" is executed, integration with the accounting system is configured, user training is provided.

In a project deliverable in the company processes of approval of agreements are many times accelerated, the system of convenient and quick search and placement of documents is received.

In plans further development of a system by transition to fresher releases and editions 1C Document flow (Building) delivered by 1C company and also customizations of functionality according to requirements of the customer regarding printed forms and notifications.
