2019: Integration 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP about 1C: Trade Management

The tasks were set:

• reduce time for conducting document flow,
• exclude loss of scans of documents,
• accelerate search of the necessary information,
• have an opportunity to compare the signed and approved agreement,
• exclude errors at approval,
• exclude errors by carelessness.

For free adding of details and data 1C: Document Flow was integrated with Trade management within other project. By a methodical part:

• development of qualifiers;
• design of access rights;
• user training.

By a technology part:

• processes are automated: accounting and document storage, maintaining nomenclature of affairs, accounting of agreements, accounting and control of execution of instructions;
• integration into the software product 1C: Management trade.

Project Results:

• the automated accounting of maintaining agreements with clients and suppliers;
• control of completion dates;
• uniform maintaining nomenclature of affairs;
• differentiation of user rights on information input in contractual documents depending on a position, division and a current status of the edited document;
• possibility of an investment of files, control of versions and points of making changes;
• works with approvals and documents through "one window", without transition to other programs and additional synchronization of data.
