2020: Accounting automation

Aeroexpress LLC addressed the partner of 1C Company - Koderlayn LLC concerning automation of accounting based on the software product "1C:ERP. Management of holding".

Implementation of the software product took place in a short time with significant completions of standard system configuration.

Within the project the following works were performed:

• System and analytical inspection of an automation object is made
  
• The analysis and processing of the acquired information is made
  
• Testing of standard functionality is made
  
• The automation model is developed
  
• Error correction in a system after data transfer
  
• System operation on business processes is automated: contract management, procurement management, supply chain management (purchase planning – holding procurement procedures – signing of the contract – management of financial flows – vendor relationship management) budgeting, accounting and tax accounting
  
• Instructions of users are prepared
  
• User training is provided
