2019: Optimization of issue of specifications according to requests of consumers.
In 2019 in SUE Moskollektor one of processes, key for the enterprise, - issue of the specifications (S) according to requests of consumers was optimized. Now preparation of the specification in which specialists of several remote divisions are involved takes place quicker as all process is transferred to an electronic form - from the statement of the client before sending to it the answer.
In a system stages of execution of tasks are controlled, all information on requests is stored on a centralized basis, and consumers can work with the requests through the Personal account on the website SUE Moskollektor. The project is implemented by SBK company based on Docsvision electronic document management system which is already working at the enterprise.
According to the results of work in a system in 2019 the average time of processing of requests decreased by 7%, and in separate months of year – almost twice.
