JSC PF KMT - The Lomonosov experimental plant (St. Petersburg), component manufacturer for transport, including the window and door systems, the systems of access for passengers to the car and many other component parts for railway, city transport and also the equipment for stations of the subway, implemented on production of technology of the Industry 4.0. At the enterprise the Manager system, the Russian development from Tsifra company controlling operation of machines is installed. It became known on July 15, 2020.

The monitoring system of industrial equipment Manager automatically collects information on operation of each machine, calculates load factor of the equipment and reveals weak points in a production chain. The objective picture of production is available in real time that allows administration of the plant to make the decisions increasing efficiency quickly.

Work with the Manager system is very important part of our efficiency evaluation of operation of the equipment. We collect data on machines and groups of the equipment where the overall effectiveness is lower than the regulation set at the enterprise. It is a serious indicator which requires objective assessment and radical measures. By means of a system in real time objective data on idle times, loading of the equipment and so on are collected. It is possible to tell that we reached a certain qualitative level and increase in production. Digitalization is determined by Research and Development and, first of all, it is necessary to review processes in management of the organization. "Manager" helps us to deal with the fact that he really happens in workshop, - Savelyev Evgeny Petrovich, the Chief information officer of JSC PF KMT - the Lomonosov experimental plant told.

For July, 2020 on PF of KMT a system is used for production control and calculation of coefficient of production efficiency by a technique of the enterprise.

Use of Manager allowed to pass from manual collection of information "on paper" to completely automated. The performance indicator of production is necessary in order that the production manager had clearer picture: why, for example, the person is loaded, but the equipment is not loaded. Daily the specialist (the production preparation engineer) prepares the analytical reporting for change by types of the equipment. This analytics, indicators of work of production sites, are used for objective assessment of the situation at production meetings.
