2019: Implementation 1C: Document Flow PROF

Documents in DOK were filled out completely manually that took a lot of time. Also the company wasted a lot of time when conducting check in buildings with a large number of elevators, in acts it was necessary to fill out the same information repeatedly. At such large volume of information in documentation mistakes, inaccuracies were made.

The Net-Consult company proposed the solution on automation, acceleration of filling of documentation by means of reference books and completion of cards of documents.

The following works were carried out:

1. Interview with key users and preparation of the document "Technical specifications".
2. Inline tuning of a system. Document types, access rights, folders of internal documents, users and roles are configured.
3. Preparation for trial operation. Programs and test procedures are developed; Systems are tested; completion of a System based on tests is made; user training is provided.
4. Trial operation. Maintenance of trial operation;

By a technology part:

• The possibility of creation of a card of the elevator in which all technical information is entered is developed.
• The filled and edited protocol card is added by a car.
• It is created printed forms of the act and protocol of engineering certification of the elevator which it is created on the basis of the filled card in the program.

Project Results:

• Considerably process of entering of the technical information into documentation accelerated
• Decrease in time for preparation of technical documentation
• Reduction of quantity of documentation errors
• Electronic storage of technical documents is provided
