2018: Implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0

As an automated system of accounting on before implementation in Likom LLC application solutions were used: "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management". The company management set the task to pass to other accounting system giving following features:

• work with data in a common information space;
• simple and convenient tracking of key indicators of work of the enterprise at all levels of management;
• approval of work of services of the enterprise at creation and execution of sales plans, production and purchases;
• system implementation of cash management and development of optimal methods of achievement of the financial purposes of the company;
• increase in efficiency of commercial and logistic services, increase in accuracy and efficiency of obtaining information;
• receiving reliable data about activity of the enterprise, cost value and revenue.

As an accounting system was the solution "1C:Enterprise 8 is selected . ERP Enterprise management 2". The Iskra-Pro Group became the partner in the project, when choosing the contractor the following criteria became decisive:

• wide and successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises;
• the high place of the contractor in the ratings of 1C company;
• existence of the necessary statuses and competences from 1C company;
• presence at the contractor of the quality management system certified in ISO 9001:2015.

As a result of the carried-out works the object of the first stage set by the Customer – delivery of annual accounting and tax statements in the implemented information system was reached. In total 21 workplaces are automated. Implementation of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Enterprise management 2" allowed ERP:

• It is effective to manage labor resources, at the expense of single reflection of the facts of business activities of the enterprise in the unified information system;
• Make data purification warehouse, accounting and tax accounting;
• Make the analysis of product cost on required analysts;
• Accelerate process of formation of the regulated reporting.
