2020: Change of the partner servicing 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0

In the summer of 2019 the Orak company decided to replace the partner servicing "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2".

As the partner in implementation among several companies the Sibion company was selected.

At first a number of small tasks of maintenance was solved. Resolved a number of burning issues on the regulated, operational accounting and IFRS.

Business process automation which were not executed or executed manually earlier was the next stage:
1. Business processes under approval of documents (Subsystems of Purchase and Sale) are developed.
2. The functionality of registration of expenses according to budget items, notifications of users about exceeding of the monthly and annual planned expenses according to the corresponding budget item is implemented (Budgeting subsystem).
3. The mechanism of accreditation of suppliers is developed. Restriction of an institution of the supplier in the reference book Partners – only after accreditation is implemented (A subsystem Contract management).
4. The report on Marginality of the sold products which reflects complete cost value of finished goods, including indirect expenses is developed (A subsystem the Business analysis and the balanced scorecard).
5. The mechanism of loading of the entering and outgoing payments from the client bank is changed (A subsystem Regulated accounting). 6. Sending for e-mail to the client of letters with information on need to pay delivery notes No. No. is developed. These notifications leave automatically at maturity. Also information on overdue payments goes (A subsystem Customer relationship management (CRM)).
