2020: Implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.4

The management of JSC SOATE for specialists the First BIT Voronezh (Business Resursy LLC) set the task of implementation at the enterprise of the automated system of regulated accounting allowing to create and provide timely regulated reporting.

For the solution of this task the software product "1C:ERP Enterprise management 2", was selected by edition 2.4. The software product allows to automate processes of regulated accounting of the enterprise, production, rendering services and execution of works in a complex and also provides tools for formation of financial statements and results of production business activities of the enterprise. Main objectives of implementation of an automated system:

• consolidation of conducting regulated accounting of divisions of JSC SOATE company in uniform information base;
• formation of the managerial and regulated reporting under activities, divisions;
• decrease in labor input and reduction of time of data processing by employees of the enterprise;
• increase in efficiency of formation and obtaining the reporting and also processes of formation of the managerial and regulated reporting and its providing the enterprise to the management;
• cost accounting of the products and services made and rendered by the enterprise.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

• inspection of the existing business processes of the enterprise and the used accounting systems;
• the training with heads of divisions of the enterprise to use of standard functionality of the software product is provided;
• based on a training the automation model of processes of production business activities of the enterprise is prepared;
• on the basis of the carried-out works, necessary completions of the software configuration "are made 1C:ERP Enterprise management 2", edition 2.4. and system user training;
• according to in advance approved schedule, implementation and setup of an automated system is performed.
