2019: Implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0
In 2018 in TPK company there was a question of need of receiving the management information necessary for work of the enterprise. The current accounting system based on 1C: Trade Management 8 did not meet necessary requirements. It was decided to perform transition to other ERP system of 1C.
In 2018 was preparatory work is carried out:
- Development of the concept of storage of the Range of Finished goods and Spetsifikay proceeding from restrictions in Technologists and huge variability of products
- Functional modeling (creation of the Control example) and preparation of information base (input of the main specifications)
In 2019 implementation was performed"[[1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 |]]"
As a result of implementation the following objectives were achieved:
- It is executed normalization of the normative reference information (Materials, Finished goods), specifications of products are created.
- Operational accounting of release and write-off of materials is started.
- Production scheduling is started. The reference book of cost items is developed, the scheme of closing is developed.
- Product cost is received.
- Achieved receiving a gross profit in necessary cuts of analytics.
- Planning of money is started – the Payment schedule forms.
- Formation of operational receivables is automated. 50 jobs are automated.
