2020: Implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0

In the middle of 2019 the management Sigma of NPF made the decision on implementation of an automated system for accounting "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2". The following subsystems were automated:

  • Sales management
  • Purchase management
  • Cash management
  • Warehouse
  • Production management without diagram of production
  • Products cost accounting
  • Non-current assets
  • Regulated accounting

According to the results of implementation 1CERP":" it was succeeded to achieve the following improvements:

Work of administrative and production divisions of the enterprise is joint. All actions are reflected in uniform information base, any data are available to use at once after entering into the database. As a result, the quality of accounting increased and routine load of accountants decreased. Entering of information into the program is performed on places. Accountants are saved from need to repeatedly enter the same data and to constantly carry out reconciliations.

Accuracy of planning and the analysis of financial and economic activity of the enterprise increased. Operational management of purchases of materials and component parts is organized, control of their holiday in production is strengthened. All services connected to the program in a foreground mode can trace a remaining balance of Inventories and plan their revenues to a warehouse. The management without delay obtains information on orders, sales, payments, current status of affairs on production and on the basis of these data can quickly make necessary management decisions.

Costs decreased. The enterprise had an opportunity to carry out qualitative plan-fact analysis of cost value of products, more precisely to calculate the needs for logistics, to control costs.

Monitoring of a remaining balance of finished goods in a warehouse became simpler.

Preparation of the regulated and corporate management reporting accelerated. Search and error correction in accounting became simpler. The efficiency of accounting and economic department in general increased. At heads and managers time for the analysis and the solution of key business challenges was released.
