2020: Implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0
Project objectives were:
- Transition from the outdated platform "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" to the modern platform;
- Automation of basic processes of the enterprise (Production, the Warehouse, Purchases, Quality, Shipment, Accounting and tax accounting, IFRS (for the purposes of fixed asset accounting);
- Preserving and development of the reached level of integration and automation in the company;
- Increase in operational efficiency due to unification of business processes in group and implementations of best practices.
Within the analysis of the solutions proposed by the market the solution of firm "1C:Enterprise 8 was selected . ERP Enterprise management 2", as the most suitable for industry adaptation regarding coverings of key requirements. As an important factor also served the set of real implementations "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2" in the different industries.
In implementation process of IBS company together with the Customer it was necessary to solve the following problems:
- Collecting and requirement analysis to the automated system
- Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
- Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
- Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
- Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
- Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
- Integration into third-party automation systems
- Settings of the solution (program) to start accounting
- Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
- Data transfer from the previous automation systems
- Personnel training
- Support at start of a system in commercial operation
The following functional units were implemented:
- Production
- Purchases and warehouse
- Quality
- Accounting and tax accounting
- IFRS (regarding Fixed assets)
- Repairs
Result of project implementation:
- Target BP processes within the integrated interaction with management company are formalized and implemented
- Within 8 months transition to the modern platform with preserving of the high level of automation of BP which was acquired within many years of operation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system is performed
- The platform for further development of BP which were limited to the operating system until implementation "1C:Enterprise 8 is provided. ERP Enterprise management 2" (detailed purchase managements, production, operational reporting)
