2020: Production process optimization

Subsystems with functionality were developed for adaptation of an automated system in Remit Group under specifics of account policy of the company: 1. Address storage on a finished goods warehouse
The Automated Workplace Address Warehouse application is developed and adapted for the platform "1C Mobile client" for the Terminal of collecting data (shipping documentation) on to the operating system Android, with connection direct online to the main to the accounting system 1C ERP.
"the automated workplace" allows to perform an address warehouse in real time using the shipping documentation in 1S:ERP of transaction on:

• to placement of products in store cells,
• to transfer on shipment,
• inventories,
• to return from shipment,
• viewing a remaining balance in a cell

2. Operational planning of production.
The functionality of production planning in a MES system considering specifics of the meat-processing industry is implemented. It is developed the automated workplace "Planning (Smoked) Raw Smoked Products", taking into account features of its production.

3. Accounting of diagrams of drivers.
The subsystem of Accounting of diagrams of drivers is developed in 1C:ERP for solving of tasks on accounting of the actual development and salary accrual to drivers. The functionality for specialized jobs is implemented. Automated workplace "Accounting of Diagrams":

• formation of planned working schedules of drivers for any time frame;
• reflection of the actual working time according to waybills;
• fixation of deviations of the driver from the diagram (absences, watches, work during a day/night shift, calculation of an interreplaceable interval, etc. indicators)
  

The automated workplace "Accounting of Notes" is the quality evaluation of work of drivers on a number of indicators (work with documents, returns because of drivers, a feedback from the client etc.) influencing coefficient of KPI.
The automated workplace "Payroll to Drivers" in which, at payroll calculation, the set of all indicators the automated workplace "Accounting of Diagrams" and the automated workplace "Service of Quality" is considered.

4. Accounting of work on production

Development of a subsystem of accounting of work on production in workshops is executed:

• Marking;
• Cutting;
• Packaging;
• Sausage workshop.

Implementation of this functionality allowed:

• make payroll to the employees according to quantity and quality of the developed products;
• analyze development of employees on production for optimization and performance improvement of work.
