2020: Implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0

Due to the termination of support of the 1C: Integrated Automation, edition 1 program there was a question of the choice of other management system and accounting. The decision on transfer of accounting to "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" with simultaneous start of an electronic document management system "1C: Document Flow CORP" was made.

The following objects of automation were set:

  • conducting operational accounting at the enterprise in one database;
  • automation of an inventory control and operational reflection of the movement Inventories, existence of relevant stock balance both on finished goods warehouses, and on warehouses of materials and semi-finished products;
  • the organization of control of timeliness of accomplishment of orders of the buyer at all stages - from purchase of materials, before release of intermediate semi-finished products and finished goods;
  • automation of production planning to types of work centers (or work centers) by orders, with a possibility of its replanning, in case of urgent orders or failures to meet time constraints of current orders;
  • formation of production operations about a possibility of data entry about their actual execution;
  • the organization of sales with control of timely accomplishment of customer orders (to orders for production and supplier orders);
  • operating control behind delays of payments from buyers, a possibility of selection of buyers with regular delays of payments;
  • creation of the payment schedule and tracking of cash gaps;
  • operational reflection and use of information on activity of the enterprise by the staff of the enterprise in an automated system using the simple and intuitive user interface;
  • accounting of documents, interaction of employees and also control and analysis of performing discipline;
  • obtaining the reporting allowing the management of the enterprise to analyze quickly information on activity of the enterprise as in general, and on divisions and on the basis of the acquired information to make the weighed management decisions.

As the contractor of the project the Balance-Service company was selected.

In the course of implementation by specialists of Balance-Service company data transfer is executed of the old systems. Modification of a system according to requirements is executed.

Specialists of Balance-Service company prepare and transfer necessary NSI and a remaining balance from the previous system. A remaining balance on warehouses is updated.

As a result of automation JSC Tekhnologiya received:

  • common information space, unification of NSI, uniform accounting;
  • receiving a remaining balance on finished goods warehouses, materials and semi-finished products in real time. Documents * receipts and shipments form on the basis of orders that reduced time of their formation for 20%. At inventory of warehouse stocks the location of materials (a help cell) is visible at once that simplified carrying out inventory and accelerated its carrying out;
  • tracking of settlement with partners, control of receivables;
  • formation and control of accomplishment of customer orders;
  • reports on terms of planned shipment by clients and orders, control of completeness of order fulfillment of the client;
  • formation and control of accomplishment of supplier orders;
  • control on timeliness of supply of the ordered materials;
  • control of payment by orders;
  • formation of sales plans, purchases, productions and control of their accomplishment;
  • automatic formation of orders for assembly, orders for production, supplier orders on requirements, taking into account planned dates on production (delivery) of materials and semi-finished products;
  • an opportunity to monitor according to the commodity calendar existence of the necessary nomenclature on any timepoint;
  • control of completeness of providing with required materials and semi-finished products for production (semi-finished products).
