2020: Implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0

In 2018 it was decided to pass to an accounting system 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0. Works were performed by forces of own staff of IT specialists with assistance of 1C: April Software LLC company entering into Aprel group. Main objectives of automation:

• In terms of business:
• Lead business processes to modern requirements;
• Increase the speed of response to changes of the external environment (it is especially important during the work in the market of the EU).
• In terms of functionality:
• Automate all managerial and regulated accounting;
• Implement the block of production dispatching;
• Prepare the accounting and tax reporting automatically from a system.

For achievement of goals of implementation by a command it was executed:

• data transfer from a historical system
• input of initial data
• setup of user rights
• transfer of subsystems to operation

As a result of implementation at the enterprise finally improvement of quality both the managerial, and regulated accounting is expected. Account of settlement with buyers is kept actually in real time that allows to control quickly a status of receivables and to reduce the period of its turnover due to timely detection of arrears and the corresponding work with buyers.
