2019: Automation of accounting of design-technology preparation of production based on software "1C:ERP Enterprise management"

Until the beginning of works on the project as the client a set of programs of own development for accounting of design-technology preparation of production on a basis was used DBMS FoxPro. Due to the end of support DBMS and deficit of specialists made the decision on transfer of all functionality of the software product to a system "1C:ERP Enterprise management".

The performed works:

• Personnel training to work with a program/a system
• Works on setup and implementation of the standard/industry software
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems
  • Integration into third-party automation systems
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)

• Installation and setup of the DBMS server

Within the first stage of works since October 28, 2019 subsystems for accounting in departments were put into operation:

• Department of standardization. Integration and master data management. Subsystem of accounting of the restrictive list of materials of the enterprise;
• Department of the chief technologist. Integration and master data management. Subsystem of accounting of design structure of products. From 1/16/2020 subsystem of accounting of routes of production of products.

The subsequent stages assume:

• STAGE 2. Till 12/31/2020 to pass to operation of blocks of technology regulation and management of production processes;
• STAGE 3. From 1/1/2021 to transfer regulated accounting of the organization in"1C:ERP Enterprise management".
