2019: The project on accounting of business trips within integration "1C:ERP Enterprise management 2.2"

In May, 2019 the Aprel Soft LLC company started project implementation on accounting of business trips within integration "1C:ERP Enterprise management 2.2".

Main product "1C:ERP Enterprise management 2.2", used at the enterprise, is the complete application solution covering the main guidance loops and accounting at manufacturing enterprise which allows to organize the end-to-end information system conforming to corporate, Russian and international standards and providing financially- business activities of the enterprise.

The main goals and the tasks set for a project team:

  • 1. Maintaining NSI (normative reference information)
  • 2. Availability planning and armoring of apartments
  • 3. Control of limits of money
  • 4. Approval and signing of the memo on a business trip (further SZ on a business trip)
  • 5. Signing of the order on a business trip
  • 6. Purchase of tickets and armoring of hotel
  • 7. Payment of travelers
  • 8. Signing of the expense report (further joint-stock company)
  • 9. Charge of a difference
  • 10. Work with the application for deduction

The main requirement - an exception of repeated information input in the accounting systems. Main stages of the project:

  • Stage 1. Design
  • Stage 2. Implementation of a system (Coding)
  • Stage 3. Coding
  • Stage 4. Preparation for OE (Consultations on setup of synchronization of data between systems)
  • Stage 5. Trial operation

During the project specialists of Aprel Soft LLC it was made:

  • 1. Creation of model of reflection of transactions in 1C:ERP
  • 2. Determination of rules of maintaining NSI
  • 3. User training
  • 4. Trial operation
  • 5. Consultations on reflection of transactions in a system
  • 6. Transfer of a system to commercial operation

All assigned tasks were carried successfully out. The main project deliverable is:

  • 1. The solution allowing to create automatically accounting items in ERP based on business process accomplishment Approval of SZ in DO is received.
  • 2. Reduction of labor costs of staff of the enterprise on document creation for business trips
  • 3. The economic effect gained due to control of traveling expenses by key analytics of accounting the Project.

On implementation project deliverables a system on accounting of business trips was put into commercial operation since 10/28/2019. 15 jobs in "1C:ERP Enterprise management 2.2" are automated
