2019: Automation based on "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management"

Earlier Mozhey Svyatoslav Leonidovich managed program resources "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management". Due to the configuration output from the price list of firm "1C" it was decided to pass on the terms of upgrade on 1CERP":".

Key project tasks became:

• Correction of cost accounting of orders.
• Improvement of planning processes and management.
• Detailing of reports.
• Reduction of time for formation and approval of operating budgets.
• Grouping of actual data on managerial analysts.
• Gain of control of profitability of business and settlement with customers.

IP Mozhey Svyatoslav Leonidovich asked for the help in the solution of assigned tasks company "1C Architect of business". Specialists showed functionality of the program "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2", set and configured it. During the project 100 jobs were automated.

Program "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2" integrated work of employees, increased quality of management. In particular, the following blocks are automated:

• Document flow mechanisms are systematized. On drawing up and approval of agreements time minimum leaves. Speed and quality of training of the regulated reporting grew.
• There was an opportunity to keep the detailed expense accounting, to quickly calculate planned and actual cost of each type of service. Specialists timely obtain data and easily predict order amount. It is possible to control accomplishment of orders on any of implementation stages.
• All settlement with partners instantly is reflected in the program. Users work with information in real time. When editing data references of changes automatically appear. It helps to avoid errors and duplication at data entry.

Start date of commercial operation of 12/20/2019. Information and technology support of the company is conducted: preferential support of "1C:ITS" is issued and methodical user support is performed. Further expansion of functionality of the program is planned.
