2018: The integration project based on 1C: ERP Enterprise Management

At the time of the beginning of the project of complex automation there were difficulties:

• There was no information system in department of supply;
• There was a separation of information flows in the enterprise;
• There was a lack of detailing of information provided to the management;
• Data entry was performed in accounting, but not in divisions where there was necessary information.

Within the project of complex automation it was going to create a single system for work of all divisions of the enterprise, from uniform NSI, to perform integration with the adjacent systems on accounting of raw materials and operational production management.

At solution launch in commercial operation in January, 2018 about 150 jobs were automated. For December, 2019 in the integrated information system 350 users daily work.

The information system is on support of Management of information technologies of Russian Copper Company and ERP Center company. Development of a system is performed by means of start of new projects of automation of 1C:ERP at other enterprises of holding and broadcasting of best practices of management and accounting on Karabashmed.

It is automated: purchase planning, management of supply, inventory control, operational production accounting, shipments of finished goods, planning and cash management, cost accounting and cost accounting, accounting and tax accounting.

In a system support of business processes of the enterprise is implemented, the necessary functionality is finished and developed, transfer of initial data is executed, integration with adjacent systems of accounting of raw materials, operational production management, payroll, document flow is executed, personnel training is performed, the necessary minimum of the project documentation is prepared.
