2020: Implementation of "1C:ERP for Belarus"

Level of automation of the enterprise was insufficient as on the one hand the hi-tech equipment equipped with a specialized software in which data on results of production are registered and stored was used, but further accounting information from this software was entered in paper magazines that did not allow to consolidate this information and to use it for scheduling and production management, including for accumulation of statistics on qualitative indexes of products and semi-finished products. Some divisions of the enterprise were not automated. Obtain qualitative analytical information, including on cost value of finished goods and semi-finished products, it was not provided possible.

With respect thereto for management and development of the enterprise the decision to pass to a single end-to-end information system based on the "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 for Belarus" software product was made.

As the contractor based on tender purchase ODO company was selected YUKOLA-INFOBrest"-".

Implementation is executed according to the scheduled plan and at the moment as a result of execution of works the following subsystems of accounting are automated:

  • Management of NSI;
  • Marketing and sales;
  • Marketing and pricing;
  • Sales of DSP/LDSP;
  • Sales of furniture;
  • Sales of timber;
  • Logging, accounting of timber and logging;
  • Production of furniture;
  • Purchases and stocks;
  • Management of finance.

A system regarding the implemented subsystems is put into operation 3/2/2020. In a system more than 110 users work.

As a result of automation the following objectives were achieved:

  • Increase in efficiency and reliability of obtaining information;
  • Decrease in labor costs for preparation of the reporting;
  • Quality improvement of customer service of the enterprise;
  • Receiving the modern tool for operational accounting and timely acceptance of management decisions.
