2020: Implementation of a biometric e-queue system, navigation and interaction with visitors
The Moscow international oncological center became the Russia's first medical institution which implemented an e-queue system, navigation and interaction with visitors from uses of biometric technologies. The system developed by NWA Digital by the principle of modular architecture using products of VisionLabs company is designed to promote reduction of number of service staff and time of identification of clients due to implementation of a contactless interactive method of interaction with visitors.
The software solution integrates several modules, including an e-queue system for access to different services and services, allows to identify visitors and employees according to biometric data (FaceID) and also to perform navigation of visitors across the territory of an object. So, in clinic a system lays for the patient a route from a reception to the necessary office and from an office back to an exit. The patient is identified using the cameras located in different places of hospital and receives interactive hints in the form of direction indicators of the further movement.
System operation opens opportunities for automatic collecting of statistics of movements on an object, to control of speed of receiving services, acceptance of patients, etc. Use of open protocols of interaction creates ability to integrate service into any information systems, and the modular architecture allows to configure and scale flexibly a system, in case of need, and provides replaceability of modules.
The combination of a possibility of recognition on the person with solutions on management of an electronic queue is not sold in the majority of the solutions presented in international market yet. Flexible modular system architecture, existence of protocols of interaction with external systems (API), a possibility of localization on other languages characterizes complete technical readiness of a system for scaling on the different markets – the managing partner of NWA Digital Oleg Leonov. |
We are glad that could make the Moscow International Oncological Center not only an example of quality of delivery of health care, but also some kind of pioneer in the field of information technology implementation. Since system launch we could improve significantly interaction with patients at each stage of their stay in clinic, since registration for a reception and finishing with maintenance of movement between different specialists. Thanks to a user-friendly interface and access to statistics in real time we can constantly estimate efficiency of all personnel and implement necessary improvements, – the deputy medical development director of the Moscow International Oncological Center, Nikolay Nikitin. |
VisionLabs has an experience in implementation of complete biometric solutions in different spheres including in health care. Use of similar products for quality improvement of medical care – one of the perspective and quickly developing directions of the Russian IT market. The project in the Moscow International Oncological center is interesting that upon a system which helps at all stages of service of patients is created and also increases efficiency of personnel. Besides, the solution gives the chance to pass to safer format of work that is especially relevant in an epidemiological situation spring-summer of 2020, – the CEO of VisionLabs company Dmitry Markov. |
