2019: Implementation of the Salary and Personnel blocks based on "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Management of construction organization 2"
In July, 2019 the management of the enterprise made the decision on data migration in "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Management of construction organization 2" for creation of a single system of business process management of the enterprise. A system should replace the existing accounting in a historical system.
The works performed by the partner:
- inspection of business processes of the enterprise for preparation for implementation;
- writing of software modules for data transfer from the historical systems;
- loading of NSI;
- setup of subsystems;
- development of project solutions on elimination of ruptures of functionality on subsystems;
- development of additional printed forms on ruptures of functionality;
- initial setup of the software product;
- the help at payroll for November 2019 January, 2020;
- consultations on further setup and use.
The partner automates sections of works:
- time recording and maintaining expanded sheet
- calculation and payroll accounting;
- settlement with employees;
- calculation of taxes and insurance premiums;
- preparation of the regulated reporting;
- conducting the personified accounting;
- integration with external information systems.
This product helped to automate tasks of payroll, calculation of the taxes and contributions regulated by the legislation, reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes directly in costs of the enterprise, to management of monetary settlings with personnel. From HR department - on registration of personnel and the analysis of personnel structure, automation of personnel office-work.
