2020: Automation of accounting based on software "1C: Holding Management 8"

Earlier in FGUP VGTRK several separate modules of an information system for maintaining different types of accounting and also conducting manual accounting of separate transactions were used. Such architecture needed permanent synchronization of data and created risks of duplication of transactions, distortions of data in accounting.

With respect thereto the company made the decision to implement the 1C: Holding Management 8 system, having increased at the same time transparency and efficiency of the business processes in the field of accounting and tax accounting, consolidation of data.

Adaptation of a standard system to specific tasks of the enterprise was determined by project objectives, expansion of functionality of the automation system, simplification and reduction of manual accounting, adding additional the analyst for expanded data analysis were basic of which. Within this project (according to Technical specifications) significant completion of the standard configuration "1C: Holding Management 8" was made.

This system is put into commercial operation from 1/1/2020 and represents the uniform information database on the basis of the 1C: Holding Management 8 configuration. Important feature of the solution is an opportunity to conduct an accounting, tax and inventory control of Head enterprise in one system and also to make consolidation of data on Income tax, the VAT and the Balance sheet of RAS on more than 110 branches and representations FGUP VGTRK.
