2020: Automation of a system of Tax monitoring based on the drawing software product "1C: Holding Management"

The project starting in 2019 provided the next stages:

• 1. Development of the mechanism of disclosure of indicators of tax statements in an automated system "A data mart for Tax monitoring" through providing tax registers, documents and settlement forms on the basis of which tax statements were prepared;
• 2. Automation of reconciliation of data by composition check, consistency and correctness of information;
• 3. The organization of a possibility of interpretation of indicators of the declaration to the primary documents which created the amount of this indicator;
• 4. Implementation of a possibility of an online request and receiving explanations to indicators, electronic copies of primary documents directly in the form of the Data mart;
• 5. Carrying out integration with electronic archive and Electronic Document management (e-document flow);
• 6. Implementation of creation of the user reports, on the basis of the stored data.

For April, 2020 a system is transferred to the mode of commercial operation with technical support from IT Capital company. At the same time there is a planned development of a system, new accounting blocks are added and new reports are developed.
