2020: System implementation of management using the 1C: Holding Management 8 software product

The tasks were set for the company contractor of the project:

• 1. Creation of a common information space on management of Holding of the enterprises;
• 2. Increase in efficiency of management company due to decrease in labor input, reduction of terms of processing of accounting information, increase in efficiency and accuracy;
• 3. Obtaining necessary information for automatic formation of business plans, reportings, carrying out the plan component analysis;
• 4. Gain of control functions from management company;
• 5. Decrease in labor costs of staff of the enterprise for preparation of the reporting of management company, increase in its accuracy and efficiency.

The decision on implementation in BR Consult of a system based on the software product "was made by 1C: Management of holding 8". This product is intended for complex automation of management companies of holdings and covers the main fields of managerial and financial accounting.

Specialists of GBSoft LLC were involved to accomplishment of these works. Within 9 months works on system development were carried out.

As a result of implementation of the developed software package the following functions were automated:

• 1. Planning (creation of a business case) on any time frames both in natural, and in value term with a possibility of setup of several cuts of planning, support of an unlimited number of planning scenarios;
• 2. Use of specifications of the made products by production phases, with a possibility of the instruction of work centers, runtime of stages, performance of work center;
• 3. A possibility of a task of formulas in a user mode for calculation of any performance indicators of the enterprise
• 4. A possibility of manual introduction of actual data in the same cuts in which planning was made. Tools for setup of loading of actual data from files of Excel are provided;
• 5. Mechanisms of monitoring actual (deviations from planned) indicators of activity of the enterprises in the same cuts in which planning was carried out.

In a system from 50 to 100 users will work in total. The implemented system has modern architecture and allows to solve the tasks set within the project.
