2020: Announcement of the boxed solution DV Box

On July 22, 2020 the Digital Design company reported that it developed the boxed solution DV Box with a possibility of rapid implementation. It will be optimal for the customers having from 50 to 100 simultaneous users (that allows to work to 400 users) and on processing to 30,000 documents year. The solution is constructed based on the Docsvision platform and has all its potential in respect of customization and further development of functionality.

According to the company, DV Box is the set-up solution with the standard functionality characteristic for July, 2020 of most of customers of target segment. Within personalisation numerators, organizational structure and reference books by partners are configured, document templates are entered into the system, access rights and texts of mail notifications are configured. It is also possible to customize appearance of a system taking into account requirements of a brendbuk of the customer: place logos, use corporate colors, fonts, icons and any other visual elements.

The Docsvision platform provides the visual tools allowing to set up the customized solutions of varying complexity and also possibilities of independent development of functionality of a system by service of exploitation of the customer.

For July, 2020 DV Box contains the following processes of document flow: blocks of work with the entering, outgoing, contractual documentation, ORD and memos, the developed mechanism of control of execution of tasks and instructions is built-in. Work is carried out via the web interface: a system is available via the browser, including from mobile devices, tablets, at the same time Windows client can be available too. In a system there are also printed forms of sheets of approval, an opportunity for work with document templates and also support of any kinds of the electronic signature.

The standard project for which it is the most optimal to use DV Box is from 50 simultaneous users and approximately up to 30,000 documents and tasks in a year. Regarding opportunities of further development of a system the Docsvision platform provides several designers allowing to configure marking of cards of documents for different statuses, interfaces of access and a role of users. The special designer of scripts can be applied to implementation of custom logic, there is open and documentary API for creation of integration solutions.
