System implementation of the video analysis of observance of safety regulations
On October 20, 2020 the Technoserv company, one of the Russian system integrators, announced that it implemented the system of video analytics for the Raspadskaya Coal Company (RCC) managing coal assets of the global mining and metallurgical company EVRAZ.

The project consists of three subtasks: video analytics system implementation based on machine vision, development of an automated system of the reporting on violations, ensuring safe storage of a photo and video from cameras.
Within a pilot project in and outside of production premises five IP video cameras connected to a local network of the enterprise and through it to a software package of video analytics are installed.
When the worker enters on an industrial site, the system of a videoanalitka checks a status of equipment and fixes violations: absence, goggles, gloves, overalls, a safety leash, or stay in a dangerous zone.
The system of video analytics with artificial intelligence analyzes a video flow from surveillance cameras in real time. Violations are identified with an accuracy of 95% and are registered automatically. The notification on violations is sent to responsible services of the enterprise and is fixed on a photo and video.
A system has a possibility of remote configuring and viewing events via the web interface. It has high fault tolerance and continues to function even in case of time lack of a communication channel.
Our technology at the same time simple and difficult. We use neural networks for the analysis of video. At the same time we significantly upgraded basic detectors or added the unique algorithms. Advantage of our platform is that she analyzes a video flow in real time. Dense project on start of a system of video analytics
On July 23, 2020 Evraz announced the beginning of use of a system of the video analytics intended for control of use by miners of individual protection equipment. The pilot project was started by Raspadskaya Coal Company (RUK, manages coal assets of Evraz, they are concentrated in the Kemerovo region) on Assembler of Raspadskaya, it extends also to other enterprises.
A new system traces whether the person put on a helmet, whether is in a dangerous zone, and in each case makes the decision. Accuracy of operation is stated at the level of 95%. If the program sees that in several similar cases the same decision is made, it independently studies to reveal this type of violation without participation of the operator.
The system of video analytics is also started at enrichment factory "Raspadskaya", in the Alardinskaya and Erunakovskaya-VIII mines, PJSC Raspadskaya, ATP YUKU. Select zones of the increased danger where the correct behavior of employees is especially important. Every day labor protection specialists of the RUK enterprises study data retrieveds.
