Olga Grebneva was born on May 19, 1976 in Astrakhan.

Education

In 1999 she graduated from the Astrakhan State Medical Academy with a degree in Pediatrics.

Biography

2009

In September 2009, she was appointed head of the gastroenterological department of GBUZ JSC "Alexander-Mariinsky Regional Clinical Hospital."

2012-2015

In 2012-2013, she underwent professional retraining under the program "Management in the sphere" health care under the presidential program (training of management teams of the regional health system).

In 2015, she became a freelance specialist gastroenterologist of the Ministry of Health of the Astrakhan Region, as well as a member of the Medical Chamber of the Astrakhan Region.

2018-2019

Olga Grebneva in 2018-2019 headed. In Ministry of Health of Astrakhan region 2018, Grebneva underwent retraining in the specialty "Organization health care and Public Health."

In July 2019, Grebneva resigned as minister of her own free will. Her place was taken by the former head physician of the Astrakhan GKB No. 3 named after S.M. Kirov, deputy of the City Council Fedor Orlov.

2020: Appointment of Deputy Minister of Health of the Moscow Region

In July 2020, Olga Grebneva was appointed Deputy Minister of Health of the Moscow Region. Relevant information appeared on the official website of the department.

Shortly before the appointment of Grebneva, Ekaterina Ogneva left the post of the first deputy head of the Ministry of Health near Moscow (she returned to work at the Moscow Regional Research Clinical Institute named after M.F. Vladimirsky), and the Astrakhan Ministry of Health recently reshuffled at the highest level. Alexey Spirin was appointed head of the regional department, who, like now Grebneva in the suburbs, is "not local." Spirin previously worked in the department of the Ministry of Health of the Samara Region, and also led the Ministry of Health of the Amur Region.^[1]
