2020: Implementation of Voice2med

On July 24, 2020 CST company (enters an ecosystem of Sberbank) announced project implementation on voice filling of medical protocols in Perm. The Perm edge clinical hospital became the first medical institution in the territory of the region where such solution works. Scaling of the project and use of intellectual speech technologies and in other medical institutions of Perm and Perm Krai is planned.

According to the company, at the heart of the solution — Voice2med, a product on the basis of artificial intelligence which allows the doctor to fill out medical documents with voice in real time. At survey of patients or carrying out a laboratory research the doctor using the special microphone dictates information which is decrypted and is automatically transferred to the open protocol of a medical information system. The quality of speech recognition and a connectivity of topic language models provides existence upon termination of survey or a research of completely completed medical document requiring a minimum of corrections.

In pathoanatomical department of Regional clinical hospital testing of Voice2med was held. For six months doctors used technology at the description of macroscopic and microscopic researches.

The pilot project showed efficiency of voice filling of medical protocols. Documentation of process of macroscopic and microscopic researches, preparation of medical documents takes away a considerable part of time allowed for the analysis of the acquired information. The solution Voice2med allows to focus on researches, but not on documents, at the same time optimizing the speed of work of the specialist, quality of the fixed information and efficiency of its analysis.
