Agrosignal uses Galilelosky terminals for monitoring of dozhdevalno-water carts

2020: Installation of Galileosky terminals

On July 27, 2020 it became known that Galileosky terminals began to be used for monitoring of dozhdevalno-water carts of the Frigate brand in the Samara and Saratov regions. They help to control a consumption of water and to reveal and debug timely operation of the equipment.

The problem of false accounting and inappropriate use of water is relevant for the agroenterprises. For example, because of malfunctions in agricultural machinery therefore water will simply pour out, but not to irrigate fields and crops.

Specialists of Agrosignal company installed Galileosky 7x C terminals at two agroenterprises. 10 inputs and 4 exits are provided in them that allows to transfer information on special equipment operation parameters.

On the first week of use in economy the developed solution revealed technical fault — pressure loss in a hydraulic system. A system showed a specific geoposition of emergence of a problem, respectively, the hydraulic engineering did not spend time for a detour of all territory and search of breakdown. On site they detected the torn hose, i.e. water poured out in vain, but did not irrigate a field and crops. Thanks to due notices of a system it was succeeded to reveal quickly a leak and to prevent the losses connected with inappropriate use of water and death of a harvest.
