On June 5, 2020 it became known that Aruba, the Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, provided a solution package for jobs and vision of three scenarios of return to work — return to office, work from the house and special approach to the organization of office space. Cloud network solutions of Aruba with artificial intelligence technologies are the cornerstone of each scenario. Each scenario provides specific steps which the organizations can make for acceleration of processes of recovery of business and also implementation of mechanisms of tracking of the contacts and contactless solutions improving health of employees and visitors.

The flexible workplace demands understanding of a context, capability to adaptation and scalability at the global level — and all this without spaces in security. During a pandemic Aruba infrastructure based on artificial intelligence adapted for optimization of the changed operating conditions at half a million client platforms, at the same time, the most part of remote work was executed of the house, including, from mobile devices, told the School desk Narasimkhan (Partha Narasimhan), the technical director of Aruba, Hewlett Packard Enterprise companies.

In a case with traditional office spaces and buildings instruments of tracking of movements and location based on artificial intelligence are used. Thanks to the innovations implemented by Aruba company or implemented together with technology partners in these solutions the technologies of Internet of Things (IoT) and Bluetooth which are already built in Aruba access points are used. Solutions work based on the existing Aruba infrastructure, eliminating the need for creation new and replacement of old elements of network and also use cloud applicaions which are available to deployment.

Tracking of contacts and position fix. Aruba plans the announcement of the products allowing users of infrastructure of Aruba to monitor contacts and to define their locations based on both WiFi, and Bluetooth technologies. For expansion of functionality technology partners of the company, such as AiRISTA Flow, CXApp, Kiana Analytics, Modo Labs and Skyfii, can be integrated with infrastructure of Aruba and monitor social distancing, the selected target groups and also define selection of contacts for tracking of potentially infected.

Contactless communication with visitors. In a working environment of the organization aim to avoid physical contact with administrators on racks or uses of the general tablets for independent registration. Aruba and its partners in a digital working space, such as Envoy, give an opportunity of advance registration, the automatic notification of the administrator and generation of individual credentials of Wi-fi — all this without contact of the person with the person.

Monitoring of health on the basis of video and AI. Projective identification and assistance to the clients and employees infected with COVID-19 – security accreditation in workplaces. Technology partners of HPE Pointnext and Aruba can deliver and service contactless thermal solutions for temperature measurement at group of people. Suitable for places with intensive traffic, for example, for lobbies, the solution includes automatic voice actuation and interfaces with access control.

Work from the house. The long-term solution for work from the house should provide safe as in corporate environment, work which increases efficiency promotes creativity and increases productivity. Unlike the solutions using the reorientated network equipment, Aruba provides the equipment for remote work of a corporate class with installation by the principle "connect and work" (Plug and Play), a security system on the basis of identification data and own cloud management for fast, simple and scalable deployment.

Secure remote access to crucial resources. Remote access points of Aruba Remote Access Points (RAP) and the gateways Aruba expand access to the corporate applications and services which are stored in the company or in a public cloud – in any place where employees work. Compatible to broadband and cellular networks, access points of RAP support both Ethernet, and wireless connection. Therefore employees can use IP phones, VDI terminals, trade prefixes and mobile devices in remote places with the same security and service quality which they use at office.

Easy, secure access on a trip. The VPN Aruba Virtual Intranet Access (VIA) software client provides safe connection of notebooks, phones and tablet computers. Unlike other VPN solutions which demand from the client of installation of additional levels of protection VIA includes the built-in gateway of security which intellectually segments traffic and applies security policies to each user.

Too long the organizations had only two options of jobs — we or are attached to office, or we are distant employees. The current requirement to remote work opened doors for the combined, hybrid reality of a workplace which should be considered in the future both designers, and technologists.
