Gendalf implemented "Scan Archive" at the plant on production of Investpartner alcohol

2020: Implementation "Scan Archive"

On July 28, 2020 Gendalf announced implementation of electronic archive of documents at the Investpartner plant which is engaged in production of alcoholic products.

The company works with thousands of partners who are not only in Russia, but also in the countries of the Schengen agreement and the Eurasian Economic Union.

It causes quite big document flow of Investpartner – over one thousand documents are weekly processed. And for storage of paper archive of the company the certain premises are selected.

Since the beginning of 2020 began to work at the plant with software "Scan Archive" which is development of Gendalf company. The program reads out details or special barcodes the entering and outgoing paper documentation, will recognize them and attaches the scan copy to cards in to base "1C". Thanks to it scans of any documents can be found in one click directly in base and to control return of documents from partners using the special report.

"Scan Archive" accounting and sales department and also those staff of Investpartner who directly is engaged in product sales use. Also gradually transfer documents from paper archive for 2019 to Skan-Arkhiva base.

The scan Archive" is very convenient at document retrieval. Earlier we maintained a register of primary documents in Excel or in 1C, and by preparation for reports or for checks it was necessary to go to archive, to lift and browse folders, to look for documents, to scan, copy. After implementation of it it is not necessary to do. It is also convenient to monitor return of documents from numerous partners. Now we are sure that all finance documents are under control.
