At the Russian State University for the Humanities, future documentary scholars and archivists are studying the DELO system of EOS, which announced this on April 13, 2022.

The Historical and Archival Institute of the Russian State Humanitarian University is constantly searching for various effective models of the educational process. But the desire for innovation is not an end in itself. The main task is to train humanitarian specialists of the "university type," with a great outlook and various skills in working with information. In particular, the university management seeks to introduce students to current technologies used in documentary activities. One of the software products that IAI Russian State Humanitarian University studies is the electronic document management system DELO of EOS.

SED DELO is studied by students of IAI RGSU studying in the field of "Documentary Science and Archival Science." These are future scientists who have to move forward fundamental science, experts who will update standards, regulations and methodological materials for the Russian document flow and archives, professional archivists who may work in archives of new formats - digital.

Teachers of the Department of Automated Documentation Support Systems of the Department of Archival Science and Documentary Science of the Russian State Humanitarian University use the demo stand "DELO" in the educational process. Access to the stand is provided by EOS. The company recalled that the EOS has a special program to support domestic education "Electronic document management - from the student's bench." Within its framework, licensed educational institutions can receive software developed by EOS for the educational process.

Science, which conceptually provides the Russian document flow and archival activity, has many tasks to solve in the coming years. It so happened that real practices of working with documents and in general with information go a little ahead of their theoretical, methodological and regulatory support. The lack of universally accepted interpretations of many professional terms, gaps in GOST, legal regulation of electronic document management, a number of other problems - all this makes it difficult to disseminate both electronic document management and, in general, digital methods of working with information. I think that in the process of training young scientists, industry theorists, getting acquainted with modern software, its principles and scope will help solve these problems much faster. And future archivists who have mastered modern IT products will give a new impetus to the development of the Russian archival industry. Since 2006, teachers of the Department of Automated Documentation Management Systems of the IAI RSUH have been introducing students to the DELO electronic document management system. They started with a box version when they installed the system on the institute's server. Now we use a cloud demonstration stand, the work with which has become very relevant, especially during the period of distance learning. The faculty of IAI has been actively cooperating with the Electronic Office Systems company for many years and takes an active part in conferences and events organized by the company, "said Anastasia Yaganova, senior lecturer at the Russian State Humanitarian University .

2020: Study of SED "Delo" at the Institute of Information Sciences and Security Technologies of the RSUH

EOS helps in organizing a remote educational process: at the RSUH, students study electronic document flow "in the cloud." This was announced by EOS on July 29, 2020.

Restrictive measures introduced in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic posed a difficult task for educational institutions - to quickly and with minimal loss of quality organize the educational process in a "remote" mode. For practical training at the Institute of Information Sciences and Security Technologies of the RSUH, EOS solutions in cloud infrastructure were used.

Since 2013, the Institute of Information Sciences and Security Technologies of the Russian State Humanitarian University has been cooperating with the EOS under the program "Electronic Document Management - from the Student's Bench." This special program allows licensed educational institutions to use the software products developed by EOS in the educational process. The company also provides consulting support to the teaching staff, and students and teachers of the RSUH regularly participate in webinars and conferences of the EOS.

Since March 2020, in connection with the introduction of the self-isolation regime, educational organizations began to urgently transfer the educational process to a virtual environment. And if the lectures were organized in video format using public platforms, then this was not enough for practical classes.

At the Institute of Information Sciences and Security Technologies of the Russian State Humanitarian University, the DELO program is studied within the framework of the discipline "Electronic Document Management Systems," taught to students studying in the field of training 10.03.01 Information Security.

Traditionally, students set up a SED deployed on a server on a local computer network. Distance learning required remote server access for all students studying the course, which represented significant risks to the IT infrastructure.

A solution that many companies have used to reduce the burden on IT infrastructure and minimize security risks - migrating applications to servers to external data centers. This option turned out to be ideal for conducting practical classes on SED DELO. The "Master Integration" (mclouds.ru) service on cloud access to SED "DELO" made it possible to conduct practical exercises in full compliance with the initial program and complete the training course within the specified time frame.
