2020: Implementation of technology of the contactless order and payment at restaurants
The bank announced on July 29, 2020 Russian Standard start of technology of the contactless order for the menu and payment of account at restaurants using "Kate Tablet", having provided acquiring within service.
The Kate tablet tool for restaurants allows guests on the tablet which is placed on a table, to select the pleasant dishes from the menu and to make the order without contact with the waiter. To pay the bill and a tip it is also possible to leave contactless on the tablet the smartphone or the card (using NFC technology).
While guests expect giving of dishes the tablet it is possible to use, for example, to occupy children with games or animated cartoons, to include video of the program and many other things.
Besides, on the tablet the program assistant is set: the assistant Kate who will give support and the help to visitors of restaurant. Guests can leave a comment about service at restaurant, share the impressions using the tablet.
The restaurant manager will receive all comments of guests and also will see the flexible system of reports, will be able to collect and study statistics to optimize expenses of network of institutions.
Service reduces waiting time and customer service. By calculations of developers: service increases sales of drinks and desserts by 20-30%; for 30% – turnover of tables in peak hours, for 20% – quantity of a tip and the income of the waiter. After implementation of the innovative technology total income of institutions, by calculations of experts of "Kate tablet" increases by 10% that use of service brings to payback within a month.
