"The first Retail Company" manages one of retail chain stores on the island of Sakhalin. Since March, 2020 all cash desks of network work running the front office Set Retail system. After updating the retailer got rid of two problems — provided centralized operation by cash desks and took sale of excise goods under control. On July 30, 2020 CSI reported about it.

As a part of network for July, 2020 15 supermarkets "The First Family", 16 Melnitsa cafes and supermarket of a premium class First — only 111 cash desks. The previous cash software ceased to meet the requirements of the retailer. If necessary it was necessary to recustomize a system to be connected separately to each cash desk — it was long and led to errors because of input of changes manually. The excise stamp of alcohol within the check was not checked — there were regradings and incidents fraught with deprivation of the license for sale of excise goods. There was no monitoring of sales of tobacco.

On replacement the cash solution Set Retail 10 – development of CSI company was selected. Commands of vendor and the retailer jointly started a pilot project on one shop, and specialists of First conducted replication of the solution on all supermarkets independently in 2 months. Began to manage cash desks via the central server quickly and conveniently. Control of sales of excise goods is implemented within the check, within shop, and for monitoring on all network start of Set Mark Centrum service is planned.

"The first family" uses the weight module Set Retail and basic functionality of the module of printing of price labels, tests opportunities – for example, printing of price labels according to the schedule. Thanks to partnership of CSI and company ASTOR, cash software is integrated with a management system for loyalty RS.Loyalty&CRM which is used in network.

Within upgrade "The first retail company" set new touch cash desks of FEC and Partner in all cafes "Melnitsa", entered into use in shops the new data collection terminals (DCT) of CSI, set a price-chekery of CSI in trading floors.
